Haha, very clever! The concept behind the series is based on rock-paper-scissors, so this piece is very appropriate. I love the extra symbolism with Cutman picking scissors and Rockman choosing rock xD!
I re-stumbled upon this while going through my old favorites, and it got me thinking.
I recently replayed the entire MM1 game (it's amazing how much easier the games get with practice). Anyways, something occurred to me: Guts Man's power is Cut Man's weakness, but it's kind of tricky to use against him, and you only get two shots at it really, so if you messed those up, you're forced to just shoot it out with him. This is what happened to me, and I must say... he's a really freaking easy boss even without the rock throwing power.
I mean, it's one thing to have a weakness to another boss, but apparently the mega buster is his weakness too. Does that make him the weakest 'Robot Master' boss ever? It might.
Oh, and the reason I screwed up the rock throws was because I was making the mistake of holding down the 'rapid fire' button rather than using the regular 'shoot' button, so Mega Man was picking them up and then immediately throwing them.
super fighting robot... MEGAMAN! super fighting robot... MEGAMAN! super fighting robot... MEGAMAN! The theme song for the old show was the funniest thing I have ever heard. It's the same thing over and over.
I'm too lazy to scroll through the comments, so shoot me if this has been said already. Rockman was first originally called 'Rock' before he was made into a fighting robot. He and his sister were meant to be, and yes, the pun is horrible, 'Rock and Roll'. So it's not like rock as in an actual rock, but as in the music. Dont' get me wrong, I'm just sharing what I learned cause it makes me feel smart when really it proves that I'm this huge, ungodly type of nerd.
Love the joke, love your stuff, never commented cause well... I'm lazy XD
