The fire! The water! The lighting! Link's hair bounces when he runs!
I'm completely awestruck by the technology of this game.
In old games, when you picked crud up (boxes, cuccos, pots, etc.) they were just skin cubes, and you'd hoist them over your head, because the object was just a block, CG'd to look like something. In this thing, Link picks up a cat and slings it over his shoulder, something that was probably fairly hard to generate. I also love the fact that when he gets smacked in the face with stuff, his head jerks backwards and the rest of his body follows, something I dont remember from earliar games...the flow of everything is so precise. His eyes scan the rooms he's in and he actually looks at the things he's fighting.

There's a Goron. And Bokoblins. And stuff on fire. And Epona. And crap like I've never seen.

Nintendo obviously hates me, for this is the only plausible reason they could possibly keep me waiting so long for this thing.
