For the record, every Link is a different incarnation of the original hero (exceptions: OoT and MM, PH and WW, and possibly Four Swords and Four Swords Adventures). So it actually makes a lot of sense for there to be some variation in his sword hand.

yes, but they're all left handed, see for yourself. The only games Link is right handed in is TP for the wii, and Skyward Sword, and that's because most gamers are right handed, so it'd be awkward to play as a left handed hero.

Either way, this particular picture is making fun of Ocarina Link in Super Smash Bros. anyway.

I believe you when you say they're all left handed, but it still makes sense for the 2 Wii incarnations to be right-handed, because they're all different Links. I think that in Link to the Past, he uses both hands.

yeah, Link to the Past was because of mirroring in the gameplay. I think the only Link that is officially right handed is Skyward Sword Link. But I guess it doesn't really matter, the point is, this comic is simply making fun of the fact that Link is left-handed on Ocarina of time

Hahaha. He makes me feel cool for being left handed. And I hate that they made him right handed in Twilight Princess Wii. Totally. Lame. The whole "most people are right handed so it'll be easier" is a lie: it works just the same when I play left handed.

true i agree with what you say but its just mirrored so if you want to play as left-handed Link play it on the game cube... but if you to play the wii, you're stuck as right handed Link...

i can still imagine him being left handed because i use my left hand too...

Funny you say that, because a couple weeks ago I actually went out bought the Gamecube version just because the Wii mirrored one annoyed THAT much. Haha, my fixation on what hand he uses can't be normal but oh well! 'Least now I have lefty Link c:
